Tableware collection designed for Serax
The Line-up is the second collaboration between Serax and Annebet Philips. The collection of ceramic serveware brings the spontaneity of a hand-drawn sketch to the table, with serving plates, platters and bowls outlined in vivid blue brushstrokes that reflect Philips’ playful, graphic design language.
The collection starts with a quick sketch on paper, preserving the freedom and directness of the original gesture as it moves from drawing to ceramic. Against the white ceramic, the vivid blue offers a contemporary interpretation of traditional Delft Blue, stripped of ornament and reduced to bold lines and simple motifs. With different shapes and sizes designed to be stacked, combined and arranged, The Line-up turns functional serving dishes into a playful composition for the table.
